RETURNS
We hope that you love your print but if you have experienced any issues we’re happy to help. We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your print to request a refund or replacement.

To begin a return you must first contact us via email; northoverandbrown@gmail.com 

Include your name, order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted we’ll email instructions on where to send your package. Please then repack your order in its original packaging and return to the address we will provide. To be eligible for a refund the item must be undamaged and in the original condition you received it in including the limited edition certification.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns postage.

Damages and mishaps on the way
Please thoroughly check your order when it arrives and if something isn’t right contact us immediately. If you find the item has been damaged or if you have received the wrong item by mistake let us know as soon as you can so that we can resolve the issue quickly. In the unlikely event that your print has been damaged on its journey to you or has a defect let us know by email at northoverandbrown@gmail.com, describing the problem and sending any supporting photos that shows the damage so we can arrange a reprint for you.

REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and checked your return, and will confirm whether the refund can be approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember banks or credit card companies can take some time to process the refund.
 
We’re afraid that we cannot cover the cost of sending out a replacement item if your order is returned to a delivery address other than that specified, or fails to arrive. We would recommend returning items via recorded/signed for (insured up to £50) or special delivery (insured up to £500) or equivalent postal services to ensure your return arrives safely. It goes without saying that we are unable to refund unwanted items that are returned in an unsellable condition.
